Elevate-Mind is modeled off of the idea of Mastermind Groups, and is currently being designed and launched with a focus on solo-driven business, not exclusively in the wedding industry, but largely so.

One of the largest challenges that solo-driven (or couple-driven) businesses have is that with no traditional “boss” comes both no internal accountability and no internal feedback (good and bad). We get those from our clients, but it’s different.

Elevate-Mind is a confidential, intimate, and guided forum dedicated to the personal and professional development of solo-driven or very small businesses. This forum offers a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability, and peer support in a comfortable setting to work on issues particular to each member. Members challenge each other to set meaningful and relevant goals, and work to keep each other working toward accomplishing them, often using the combined skills and mindset of the participants to help make things happen.

The format will be in a two-hour monthly meeting (midday on weekdays, of course) via Skype with no more than 15 members, as well as a private Facebook Group, all to be focused on education, professional and personal development, and individual challenges and accountability. The group requires confidentiality, commitment, a willingness to be creative in ideas and solutions, and to support each other with compassion, respect, and honesty. The environment will be compassionate, supportive, energetic, challenging, professional, and authentic.

In addition, each member will meet once per quarter with me, the facilitator, to review goals and discuss strategies for their own business and participation in Elevate-Mind.

Each member commits to one year of membership, to ensure continuity and trust. The investment is $100 per month for the term of one year, and includes monthly group meetings, one-on-one quarterly sessions, and attendance to one virtual workshop of their choice.

If you are interested in participating in the initial group or future groups, please email me.
